Subscription Agreement: By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. This includes the auto-renewal feature, which ensures uninterrupted access to our services.
1. اتفاقية الاشتراك: من خلال اشتراكك في خدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. يتضمن ذلك ميزة التجديد التلقائي، والتي تضمن الوصول دون انقطاع إلى خدماتنا.
Auto-Renewal Subscription: 2. اشتراك التجديد التلقائي:
By selecting the auto-renewal option, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term, unless you opt out as described below.

We will notify you at least 7 days before the renewal date, providing information about the upcoming renewal and any changes in pricing, terms, or cancellation policies.

The renewal fee will be charged to the payment method on file, unless you opt out of the auto-renewal feature.

Opt-Out Provision: 3. بند إلغاء الاشتراك
You have the right to opt out of the auto-renewal feature at any time before the renewal date.
أ. لديك الحق في إلغاء الاشتراك في ميزة التجديد التلقائي في أي وقت قبل تاريخ التجديد.
To opt out, you must notify us by contacting our customer support team or by following the instructions provided in the renewal notification.

If you opt out, your subscription will expire at the end of the current subscription term, and you will not be charged for the renewal.

Please note that opting out of auto-renewal may result in a lapse of service if you do not manually renew your subscription before it expires.

Cancellation and Refunds: 4. الإلغاء واسترداد الأموال
To cancel your subscription, you must do so before the renewal date.
أ. لإلغاء اشتراكك، يجب عليك القيام بذلك قبل تاريخ التجديد.
Refunds for the unused portion of the subscription term are only applicable if cancellation is requested before the renewal date.
ب. لا تنطبق المبالغ المستردة للجزء غير المستخدم من مدة الاشتراك إلا في حالة طلب الإلغاء قبل تاريخ التجديد
After the renewal date, no refunds will be issued for the current subscription term.
ج. بعد تاريخ التجديد، لن يتم إصدار أي مبالغ مستردة لفترة الاشتراك الحالية.
Contact Information: 5. معلومات الاتصال:
It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information, including email address and payment details, is accurate and up to date.

We are not responsible for any missed notifications or failure to opt out due to outdated or incorrect contact information.
ب. نحن لسنا مسؤولين عن أي إشعارات فائتة أو فشل في إلغاء الاشتراك بسبب معلومات الاتصال القديمة أو غير الصحيحة.
Changes to Terms and Conditions: 6. التغييرات في الشروط والأحكام
We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions, including the auto-renewal provisions, at any time.

Any changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance, providing you with an opportunity to review and opt out if desired.
